General Information

If you are not completely satisfied with our IPTV services, simply let us know within 24 hours of purchase, and we will issue a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be sent within 24 hours of the purchase date.
  • The IPTV service must not have been used for more than 24 hours from the time of activation.

Refunds for activation issues

If the activation code cannot be activated for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will try to help you resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Refunds for technical problems

If you experience technical problems with the product you purchased, first contact us for assistance. We have technicians on our team who can help you with software installation and activation. In rare cases where our support team cannot resolve the issue, you may be entitled to a refund.

Refunds for incorrect products or inactive activation codes

If you receive the wrong product or if the activation code does not work, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund or Claim

  • To request a refund or resolve service-related issues, contact our customer service team by email.
  • Provide details of the problem you are experiencing, including error messages, dates, and times of occurrence.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the steps to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and you meet the refund criteria, the process will be initiated.

Refund Process

When a refund is approved, the process will follow these steps:

  1. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is approved.
  2. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  3. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  4. You will receive confirmation when the refund is completed.

Limitations

Please note the following limitations:
